Parcel is adjacent to Lancaster city limits. It fronts paved Avenue G, a future 100 wide major thoroughfare road per Los Angeles County General Plan. 10th Street West and 20th Street West are paved south of Avenue G and Avenue H respectively; both are also future 100 wide major thoroughfare roads.
